We have developed our exclusive, custom tailored inspection report to surpass the industry standards set forth by Ohio Standards of Practice & Canons of Ethics for Ohio Licensed Home Inspectors. This feature-packed report can include pictures, illustrations, diagrams and summaries. Your inspection will be delivered via email within the same day in most cases. We can also include a Termite Inspection, Radon Test and Mainline Sewer Scope to ensure that your new home will be free of wood destroying pests, potentially harmful radon gases or sewer backups.
